A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief, around 12:30 on November 14, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim’s name with one F Credit Card (Serial) in the name of the victim in a bank set up by the victim E, one copy of the FF Cash I Card (Serial Number: G) in the name of the victim, and one J mobile phone (Serial Number: I) in the name of the victim in a bank set up by the victim E, and one copy of the resident registration certificate, which contains one copy of the market price of KRW 1,00,000.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On November 14, 2018, around 13:32 on November 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased one milk equivalent to KRW 950,00 in the market price at the convenience store operated by the victim L, who is located in K of Chang-si around 13:32 minutes on November 14, 2018; (b) one carster at the expense of KRW 1,200 in the market price; (c) one credit card at the expense of KRW 1,200 in the market price at around 13:32 of the same day; and (d) one N1 in the amount of KRW 1,30 in the market price at KRW 13:41 on the same day; and (d) one in the aggregate at the expense of KRW 1,500 in the market price at KRW 1,100,000 in the early 1,250 in the market price; (d) by deceiving the victim under the aforementioned fraudulent credit card, as the holder’s’s.
B. On November 14, 2018, around 15:07, the Defendant, at around 15:07 on November 14, 2018, purchased a total amount of KRW 2,050,050, from the Q convenience store operated by the victim P of the victim P of the C of the Chang Man-si, Changwon-si on November 14, 2018, the Defendant used the stolen credit card to pay the said amount by using the FF credit card in the name of E, which was stolen, and acquired property equivalent to the said amount by deceiving the said victim.
C. On November 14, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime around 15:10, operated by the Victim S S S on November 14, 2018, around 15:10 minutes of Changwon-si around 15:10.
