1. The sale price shall be calculated by putting in an auction the answer of 949 square meters in Gyeong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and deducting the auction cost and taxes from the sale price.

1. The Plaintiff and the Defendant shared the share of 2/13, 11/13 of the land size of 949 square meters in Gyeong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do respectively.

There is no agreement between the plaintiff and the defendant as to the partition of co-owned property, and since the land is difficult to divide in kind due to its nature as farmland, it is desired to divide the price through auction as a method of division of co-owned property.
