1. Naju-si 1,845 square meters shall be put to an auction and the remainder of money which remains after deducting auction costs and taxes from the proceeds.

1. The plaintiff submitted a complaint claiming an auction division of the real estate as stated in the Disposition No. 1 on the grounds as shown in the annexed claim. The defendant did not submit a written answer even after being served with the duplicate of the complaint of this case and did not appear on the date for pleading

2. Therefore, upon the Plaintiff’s request, the instant real estate is sold by auction and divided, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
