A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On November 17, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 by a fine for a violation of road traffic law in the Daejeon District Court's Red support, and on May 10, 2018, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 3 million by a fine for a violation of road traffic law (driving under drinking).

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant, who violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) had been punished twice or more due to drinking driving as above, operated a F 10 engine bicycle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.07% while under the influence of alcohol 0.7%, without obtaining a motor device driver’s license, from C in the front of the 19:13 Boli-si, Boli-si B, Boli-si, about 300m from May 29, 2018.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bicycle with a motor device of F 100 motor vehicles at a Fti City.

On May 29, 2018, the Defendant driven a bicycle for a motor device at around 19:13, while driving the bicycle and driving the three-lane road ahead of Scki in Boli-si D along two-lanes from the border distance to the same Ambassador.

The place is where left turn is not allowed on the two-lane, and there is a duty of care to make a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle not to turn left on the front side and the left side in the two-lane.
