Punishment of the crime

On January 26, 2019, at around 20:35, the Defendant driven D C C in a section of about 20 meters a direction of “C” located in Gyeongbuk-si B, Gyeongbuk-si, in a state of alcohol of 0.12% of blood alcohol concentration.
