Punishment of the crime

On November 16, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million by the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

At around 23:10 on December 15, 2019, the Defendant re-driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.149% while under the influence of alcohol 0.149%.
