A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 03:20 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported that the Defendant did not pay the taxi expenses in the Pyeongtaek-si Police Station C District located in Pyeongtaek-do Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do; and (b) demanded the Defendant to pay the taxi expenses and return home to the Defendant; (c) the victim E, a police officer affiliated with the said district, and the victim F, a police officer affiliated with the said district, requested the Defendant to return home; and (d) the victims, while the victims are faced with the foregoing D, the Defendant abused the victim, while going to the victims, and (e) the victim’s knife “the flab feb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb kb.”

2. On June 20, 2015, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender for the crime as set forth in the above Paragraph (1) and was transferred to the office of the office of Pyeongtaek-si Police Station economy 1 Team located in Pyeongtaek-dong, Gyeonggi-do around 06:10 on June 20, 2015, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) the Defendant, who was accompanied by the Defendant’s transfer of his/her personal belongings, walked twice the right-hand bridge, which belongs to the police station C District belonging to the said police station C District accompanied by the said police station C District for the transfer of his/her personal belongings; (b) once he/she took one-time the right-hand shoulder of his/her own drinking, b
