Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall openly install, attach or distribute a leaflet which is a media product harmful to juveniles, in any place of business other than a business establishment banned from access by and employing juveniles or in a place where ordinary people pass.

Nevertheless, at around 22:15 on December 27, 2012, the Defendant, a place passing by the general public, sent the phrase “inwards, 39,000 won,” which is a content of mediating or suggesting the similarity in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and approximately 50 copies of the leaflet on which the pictures, telephone numbers, etc. are inserted, are inserted, and publicly distributed the leaflet as a media product harmful to juveniles.
