Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant A shall not sell forged drugs, store or display them for sale, and even if the trademark identical or similar to the registered trademark of another person is used for goods identical or similar to the designated goods, or is not used for the purpose of transferring or delivering goods identical or similar to the designated goods bearing the registered trademark of another person or any similar trademark, the defendant committed the following crimes:
From January 30, 201 to April 18, 2016, the Defendant sent to Defendant B a total of KRW 17,942,00,00 in total on 43 occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, a total of KRW 43 times, a total of 17,942,00,00, when the Defendant sent to Defendant B a forged drug with a trademark identical or similar to the trademark right holder, a trademark right holder, and a trademark right holder, a trademark right holder, and a trademark right holder, a trademark right holder, Maria Lelk, a trademark right holder, and a trademark right holder, a trademark right holder, Maria ELkkel, a trademark right holder, and 598 (23,920) of non-a counterfeited drug attached with a trademark identical or similar to

From August 7, 2014 to April 23, 2016, the Defendant sent F a total of 199 copies (7,960) of a forged drug attached with a trademark identical or similar to the trademark right holder, a trademark right holder’s trademark, and Maria ELS, a trademark right holder’s trademark right holder’s trademark right, and 199 copies (7,960) of a forged drug attached with a trademark identical or similar to the trademark right holder of Bolira and Sialcee’s similar goods, to F, and sold at least 20 times in total, as shown in attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.
C. From January 8, 201 to August 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the “H pharmacy” located in the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City G market; (b) at the trademark right holder, the trademark right holder, “Non-Agra”, the trademark right holder, and “Agra”, the trademark right holder, and the trademark right holder, which is identical with or similar to “Agra”, the trademark right holder, ryria ELS, is a forged drug attached with a trademark identical with or similar to “Agra”.
