1. On October 27, 2016, the Defendant’s disposition of non-compliance with the Plaintiff’s relocation measures against the Plaintiff is revoked.

Reasons

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Defendant is a project implementer for the development of the Gu Government-A public housing zone (hereinafter “instant project”). The Plaintiff is a person who completed the registration of ownership preservation on June 21, 2007 with respect to one-half share of 1/2 of the unit unit of reinforced concrete structure and other 446 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) ground-based reinforced concrete structure and other roof (sloping roof) located in the instant project zone (hereinafter “instant housing”).
