Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 8, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and ten months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Gwangju District Court on September 8, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Mapo Prison on September 3, 2017.

【Criminal Facts】

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”), as follows:

1. Sale of philophones;

A. On January 2, 2019, from around 22:00 to 23:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) parked in the vicinity of a gas station located in B located in the Gyeongnam Development-gun; (b) purchased and sold phiphones in the manner of cutting off KRW 2.6 million from D to 2.6 million; and (c) cutting off the phiphones.

B. Between February 2, 2019 and February 3, 2019, the Defendant: (a) 400,000 won out of D’s 2.4 million won of oponononon from E in the street near the city of Jinju, Jinju; and (b) 10g of opononononon (the word “copon”) for the same month.

3. At around 00:38, 00: (a) purchased and sold phiphones by receiving two million won of the remaining phiphones from the Nong account (Account Number H) in the name of F used by the Defendant from D.

C. The Defendant was Buddhist on February 11, 2019.

In the same place as Paragraph D, 2.1 million won of opononon, 2.1 million won of opononononon, and 10g of oponononononon (the word “copon”) was opened, and on the same day, 21:59 of 21:59, the remaining opononon on deposit with the agricultural bank account in the above F, and 300,000 won of the remaining oponon on deposit.

On February 13, 2019, the Defendant was Buddhist.

In the same place as Paragraph D, 1.7 million won out of D’s 2.4 million won, and 10g of phiphones (tentatively referred to as “compon”) were opened and sold, at around 20:09 on the same day, the remaining phiphones were deposited into the agricultural bank account in the above F’s name, and the remaining 700,000 won was deposited.
