A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Changwon District Court’s territorial branch for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on April 1, 2017.

On December 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) in the singing room in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the Yong-gu, Busan; (b) on the ground that the victim B (the victim South, 40 years old) was punished for employees and trial expenses due to the drinking alcohol problem; and (c) on the glass cup, the dangerous article on the table was placed on the table, the Defendant left the right side of the victim for about two weeks after leaving the back side of the end.
