On August 14, 2012, at around 22:45, the Defendant driven the said car at a section of about 50 meters prior to the road located in the Jinwon-dong Office in the same Dong-dong Office, Jinwon-si, Jinwon-si, Jinwon-si, without obtaining a driver's license.
