A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million from the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a summary order of KRW 4 million from the Changwon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) on July 4, 2016.

1. Around 23:00 on July 23, 2016, the Defendant driven a B Ethp car while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10km alcohol concentration of about 0.172% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the “New Sea-Labab,” located in the Jinhae-gu, Changwon-si, Gowon-si, to the front road of the Pung apartment located in the same Dong, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act: (a) the Defendant is driving at the Anmpic Intersection of the Anmpic Zone of the Anmpic Zone of the Anmpic Zone in the Anmpic Zone of the Anmpic Zone of the Anmpic Zone of the Jpic Zone as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article and turn to the left to the right in the direction of the Anmpic distance in order to avoid drinking control; (b) the Defendant’s vehicle patrols began to drive as above; (c) the Defendant’s vehicle driven on the two-lane Busan Zone of the national highway to the three-lane road; and (d) the speed of the above road exceeds the speed of 70km per hour, which is the speed limit of the above road; and (d) the Defendant is driving directly in violation of the color signal of the said intersection; and (d) the Defendant continued to drive the same three-lane road in the vicinity of the inspection station of Gangseo-gu in Busan Metropolitan City and continuously without any interference with the Defendant’s normal passing of the same three-lane.
