1. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant B is dismissed.

2. Defendant C shall provide the Plaintiff with the real estate listed in attached Table 3.

1. Determination as to the claim against the defendant B

(a) The following facts do not conflict between the Parties:

1) Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer from the network D on April 2, 1998 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the separate sheet from the network D on April 22, 1998, and completed on April 27, 1998 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the separate sheet from the network E on April 22, 1998, and completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on April 27, 1998. Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer based on the sale on March 13, 200 with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the separate sheet from the Defendant C on March 15, 200.) The Plaintiff and the Defendant are children of the networkF.

B. 1) The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) purchased the real estate listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1 from D and paid the purchase price, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant B’s name. The Plaintiff purchased the real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 from Defendant B, paid the purchase price, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant B’s name. The Plaintiff purchased the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 from Defendant C, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant B’s name. Accordingly, each of the above transfer registrations completed under Defendant B’s name is invalid as it is based on the title trust. Thus, Defendant B’s assertion is obligated to cancel the above transfer registration within the Plaintiff’s inheritance shares. (2) Defendant B’s assertion is a dentist, and completed the registration of ownership transfer by granting money to the networkF to purchase each real estate listed in the attached Table No. 2.
