Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a CSpo-type car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 25km alcohol concentration of 0.077% at a section of about 25km from the day front of the mutual influent drinking house in Ischeon-si to the road near the white-gu city in Gwangju City.
