A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on May 18, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in the former prison on June 1, 2017.

1. On July 22, 2017, around 05:10 on July 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat by using a cresh that the victim was under the influence of alcohol in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Parking Lot; and (b) led the victim to a theft of the net gold selling price equivalent to KRW 4,00,000 in the market price owned by the victim who was the victim’s car on the left hand.

2. On March 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:23, 201, at H, parked in the parking lot adjacent to “G” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the Defendant opened a driver’s seat in the driver’s seat and took out one 100,000 the market price of which includes the victim’s cash amounting to 700,000 won, resident registration certificates, and three bills, etc. from the back of the victim’s back payment.

In other words, they stolen them.

3. On March 31, 2018, at around 05:04, the Defendant: (a) opened the front door of the pertinent car owned by the victim K, which was parked in the front line of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council; and (b) took a theft by holding one page of the “float” amounting to KRW 1,200,000 in the market price of KRW 2,597,000 in the oral merchandise amounting to KRW 50,00 in cash owned by the victim, which was located in the front line of the said car; and (c) a half of the oral merchandise amounting to KRW 50,00 in the market price of KRW 2,597,00 in a precious metal amounting to KRW 1,20 in the market price.
