A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Northern District Court on March 29, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on September 2, 2012.
1. Interference with business;
A. At around 04:00 on September 8, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by force for about 40 minutes, such as: (a) the Defendant, who was well aware of the Defendant’s failure, entering the main points of the Defendant; (b) the Defendant, who was aware of the Defendant’s failure, was aware of the Defendant’s failure; (c) the Defendant: (d) the Defendant: (d) the Defendant thought that he was able to leave the entrance; (d) the Defendant locked the entrance; and (d) the Defendant singing the entrance into the main points; and (d) the Defendant again singing the entrance into the entrance.
B. On September 17, 2012, around 21:30 on September 21, 2012, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business operation by force for about one hour, including: (a) the victim’s G (n.e., 46 years old); (b) the victim’s hing point of operation in the Jung-gu Seoul Central District Office (“F”); (c) the victim’s hinging of hing; (d) the victim’s hinging of hinging; and (e) the victim’s hinging of hinging; and (e) the victim’s hing of hinging of hing, but no hing of hing
C. At around 23:00 on September 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s main business by force for about 40 minutes, including, but not limited to, the Defendant, at the K point of the operation of the Victim J (Ha, 52 years of age) located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; (b) dumping bucks to the bucks; (c) showing the body in which several knicks are located; and (d) dumping off the upper body of the knives; and (c) dumbing the upper body of the knives on the floor.
On September 18, 2012, around 02:40 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that the victim M (n, 54 years of age) working in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L was able to see himself/herself, and that other customers were her, and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by putting about 40 minutes of the disturbance on the pedago.
2. The Defendant who attempted to commit an offense shall be punished on September 17, 2012.
