A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. On September 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, around September 22, 2019, 201: (b) stated that the Victim C in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government would try to leave without paying the cost after drinking alcohol and drinking in D cafeteria operated by the Victim C; (c) was the victim’s check; and (d) expressed the victim’s check, “Iskh and bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.” (e.g., drinkinging the table to drink, so that the customer left the place for about one hour.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. "2019 Highest 7041";

A. On September 25, 2019, around 20:30 on September 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) found the beer specialty store “F” on the second floor of the Jongno-gu Seoul E building; (b) went back to 10 tables, which customers are seated without any justifiable reason; (c) viewed that the Defendant, as his/her hand, allowed customers to see good faith against the will of customers; and (d) took other actions, such as demanding customers to sing away and sing away with her hand.

Accordingly, as the victim G (Nam and 41 years old), the main store of the above main store, including the above main store employees, was prevented, the above employees' arms were dried, and the "acting" was raised by large sounds, and the victim did not comply with the victim's demand for eviction, and approximately 30 minutes of the disturbance was avoided, and 20 customers left the place.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's bar business by force.

B. At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by publicly citing the victim’s Hah (ma, 25 years old), a police official belonging to the Seoul Hyeung Police Station, who was called the Defendant at the above place after receiving a report of 112 on the said 21:00 day, on the following occasions: (a) the victim’s Hah who was a police official belonging to the Seoul Hyeung Police Station, was trying to keep the Defendant out of the above main place; (b) the said main place customers and employees are located.
