A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:50 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act and the Defendant: (a) obtained the victim’s residence labels in Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu Seoul (the age of 11) and escaped; (b) discovered the victim’s escape; (c) caused the victim’s arms by brooming the victim’s head, brooming the victim’s head, brooming the victim’s head, brooming the victim’s head, brooming the victim’s head, and brooming the victim’s hair into several walls; and (d) committed physical abuse that may inflict bodily injury on the victim, or injure the victim’s physical health and development.

At the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) assaulted C and prevented it as described in Paragraph 1, as the mother of C (the 46-year-old age), was brooming the fingers of the victim D (the son), who is the mother of C, to restrain it; (b) was brooming the victim’s cellular phone to photograph the evidence; and (c) continued to be tightly cut down the victim’s cell phone to save the victim under stairs for about six (6) weeks; and (d) sustained the victim’s cell phone from other parts; and (e) damaged the victim’s property so that the victim’s cell phone can consist of KRW 21,00,000 for repair cost.
