A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 14, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 80,000 in cash from the police officer D and E belonging to the Incheon Southern Police Station where the customer is the highest, and received KRW 80,000 in return for sexual traffic at a business establishment located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B on June 14, 2018. The Defendant instructed F and G, who are women of sexual traffic, to perform sexual intercourse with the above D and E, and to bring them into each room.
