Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than an entrusted business entity, who violates the Act on the Promotion of National Sports or who has opened a gambling space, who is a national sports promotion Foundation of the Seoul Olympic Games or an entrusted business entity, shall provide goods or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the outcome of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or things similar thereto;
A.
