Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (i.e., an escape vehicle) is a person engaging in driving a DNA-learning passenger car.
피고인은 2015. 9. 17. 10:50 경 자동차 운전면허 없이 위 승용차를 운전하여 부천시 원미구 E 앞 도로를 부천대학 방면에서 땡땡이 지하 차도 방면으로 불상의 속도로 진행하였다.

At around 10:50 on September 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) had been driving without a license on the roads in front of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; and (b) had her friendly B, “I are still under suspension of execution, and there is a request that I would like to drive the vehicle first,” and had B feel to make a statement as if she had paid a traffic accident.
Therefore, on September 17, 2015, the Ministry of Health and Welfare reported at the above place on September 12:10, 2015, B to H in the position of the G District Unit of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station G District.
