Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant changed the course in front of the vehicles driven by the Defendant, B, C, D, E, and Defendant, etc., he attempted to acquire the insurance money, agreed money, etc. by means of hospitalization at the hospital after he intentionally received the vehicle and causing a traffic accident, even though he could avoid reporting the vehicle.

1. On September 19, 2012, around 17:07, the Defendant: (a) discovered the IF car that the Defendant gets on the road in front of the Hatoba-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, and tried to change the tea while moving, and (b) immediately left in order to cause a traffic accident despite sufficient avoidance; (c) caused the said IF car and the traffic accident; and (d) received KRW 3,106,450 in total from the victim company under the pretext of agreement, etc. by claiming insurance money from the victim J corporation as actual traffic accident damages.

2. On May 15, 2015, at around 19:43, the Defendant: (a) discovered a N-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-owned passenger car operated by D with LA, E, and tried to change the vehicle while moving; (b) immediately left as it is to cause a traffic accident; (c) caused a car and a traffic accident; (d) as if the actual traffic accident was damaged, the Defendant claimed insurance money to the victim J Co., Ltd.; and (d) received KRW 7,624,680 from the victim for the purpose of agreement, etc.
