Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. At around 23:00 on December 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) loaded one truck, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 30,00,00, in the Daibage disposal site managed by the Victim C located in Boan-si, Boan-si; and (b) stolen the Doibage column of the Doibage truck.

B. On December 8, 2013, at around 03:04, the Defendant: (a) loaded a closed truck of KRW 30,000 at the market price in the same manner as that of paragraph (1) at the same place as that of paragraph (a) of Article 1; and (b) stolen the truck in the offline of the freight truck.

C. On December 23, 2013, around 03:38, the Defendant, at the same place as the first paragraph (a) of Article 1, loaded one truck, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000, in the enclosed column of the freight truck, and stolen it.

On December 31, 2013, at around 21:39, the Defendant, at the same place as the first paragraph (a) of Article 1, loaded one truck, the market value of which is equivalent to KRW 30,000 at the same time with the same method, and stolen it.

E. On January 7, 2014, around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) loaded a closed truck of KRW 30,000 at the market price in the same manner at the same place as the paragraph (a) of Article 1; and (b) stolen the truck in the offline of the freight truck.

F. On January 10, 2014, around 00:10, the Defendant, at the same place as paragraph 1(a) at the market price, loaded 2 kgs in the E-wing and scrap freight car in the same manner as that at the same time, and stolen them.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On December 3, 2013, the Defendant, without having a driver’s license on a motor vehicle on December 23, 2013, driven the franchis freight at approximately 20 km away from the Defendant’s dwelling place in Boan City F to Boan City G to Boan City.

B. Around 03:00 on December 8, 2013, the Defendant, without having a driver’s license for a motor vehicle, went back from the Defendant’s residence located in Boan-si F to Boan-si G from the Defendant’s dwelling area to Boan-si G, thereby driving the E-wing truck at approximately 20km.

C. On December 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) did not possess a driver’s license on a motor vehicle on December 23, 2013; and (b) Boh City F.
