The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On February 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion of the victim C (38 years of age and company members) around 11:30.

2. One-on board, which is a crime falling under Article 11 of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and can be prosecuted only upon a victim's complaint under Article 15 of the same Act. According to the C's legal statement, it can be acknowledged that the victim C cancelled the complaint against the defendant on March 13, 2013, which was after the public prosecution of this case. Thus, the public prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
