Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

In the case of Young-gu, Young-gu B apartment to which the upper limit price for selling price is applied, the resale of the selling price is restricted for one year from September 5, 2015, on which it is possible to conclude a supply contract.

On September 10, 2015, the Defendant received and sold the sales right under the above apartment apartment E, which was won in the name of the Defendant, to F in the vicinity of the model house site located in the Young-gu C block site in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

Accordingly, the defendant sold the status of being selected as the occupant of the housing subject to the upper price ceiling system within the limitation period.
