Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on January 8, 2014, the Defendant respondeded to the DMyeon Office located in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, a public official of Grade 9 in the administrative service, “A request to receive a reflective dog” in a large amount under the influence of alcohol, but he returned to the DMyeon Office for about one hour and 30 minutes, and led to alcohol or slicking behavior while under the influence of alcohol.
