피고인은 2019. 11. 2. 23:10경 대구 달서구 상인서로 36에 있는 상인지구대에서 술이 취한 상태로 근무하는 경찰관에게 "너거 좃됐어, 씨발놈, 조심해라 내가 누군지 알아, 내가 A이다, 국가 시다발이"라고 하는 등 약 30분간 위 지구대 사무실을 돌아다니면서 경찰관에게 욕설을 하고 행패를 부리면서 소란을 피웠다.
