Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around August 2, 2013, the Defendant insultingd the victim by stating that the victim D referred to as “the victim’s satisfying, satisfying, satching, and satisfying, satching, satching, and satisfying” to the victim before the residents, customers, etc. are located.

2. The defendant violates the Building Act.

D. Around 2013: (a) installed and expanded steel pipe structures without obtaining permission from the competent authority at the same place on a daylight; and (b) extended the area without obtaining permission from the competent authority;

E. Around 2013: (a) installed three square meters of light framed structures without obtaining permission from the competent authority at the same place as the daylights; and (b) expanded the same.

3. The Defendant violated the Parking Lot Act from October 2010 to August 2013, 2013, used the “F” attached to the first floor attached to the “F” building of the Defendant’s operation in Ansan-si C for purposes other than the parking lot.
