A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

[Criminal facts]

1. On July 2013, the Defendant damaged the Defendant’s house located in C, 101 Dong 904, on the ground that the Defendant was deprived of the Victim D, his/her spouse, at his/her house located in his/her own living room, and was destroyed by the Defendant’s collapse of the market price of approximately KRW 80,000, which was owned jointly by the victim and the Defendant’s spouse.

Around 21:00 on November 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a special assault and special injury to the Defendant’s home room; (b) when the said victim (the said victim, the said 47 years of age) and the victim E (the said victim, the said son, the said son’s age 26 years of age) went back to the victims as soon as possible; (c) when the victim E, etc. were broken down; (d) when the victim’s left shoulder part of the victim D; and (e) the said part of the victim E, etc. and the part of the victim D’s spacker, which is a dangerous object to which the victim was unfilled, was dead.

As a result, the defendant, carrying dangerous objects, assaultsd the victim E, and put the victim E on the left-hand side of the number of days of treatment to the victim E.

In around 01:00 on January 3, 2015, the Defendant threatened the victim’s left hand, etc. on three consecutive occasions, which is a dangerous article in the above Defendant’s house, with the victim’s scam scam, and the victim’s face was scamed with the victim’s hand, and the victim’s hand scam scam was scamed by drinking, and the victim’s arms were scamed and discarded by hand.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and put the left-hand salt level requiring medical treatment for about two weeks on the victim.
