A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,00 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act by the Jeonju District Court, and on December 9, 2010, sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million by the Jeonju District Court due to a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

However, on April 11, 2017, the Defendant driven BM3 automobiles from around 1 km to the front road of the Slim Institute located in the Jinjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, 0.107% alcohol level among the blood transfusion around 21:58, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.107%.
