Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2014, the Defendant issued, at the Jeonju District Court, a summary order of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and at the same court on August 19, 2014, a summary order of KRW 5 million for the same crime, etc., respectively.

Nevertheless, at around 02:20 on March 11, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle with alcohol level of about 600 meters from the front of any restaurant, which is located in the So-jin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), to the front of the 563 North Korean University (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.060% in blood, from around 600 meters to the front of the 563 North Korean University (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition on drinking at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of this prohibition.
