1. Violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act;
A. From March 23, 2011 to April 2, 2011, the Defendant manufactured pseudo petroleum products with C, D, E, and F with intent to sell them to retail stores of pseudo petroleum products. Around March 23, 2011, the Defendant leased a building located in Ulsanbuk-gu G (total 1,242,84 square meters). The Defendant: (a) installed one manufacturing unit of pseudo petroleum products; (b) 10,000 liters with storage tanks, 5,2,00 liters with storage tanks, 2,000 liters with storage tanks, and 1 presses, with intent to control the manufacturing of pseudo petroleum products, such as solvents supply and demand, and securing sales places; (c) pseudo petroleum products are referred to as “pseudo petroleum products,” and (c) pseudo petroleum products and pseudo petroleum products are referred to as “in the event of mixing with pseudo petroleum products,” and play a role in carrying them at a certain rate.
On March 24, 2011, in collusion with C, D, E, and F, the Defendant manufactured pseudo petroleum products by mixing pseudo petroleum products with Sobs, Meths, and Toluene 5:3:2 at the above plant, and then sold pseudo petroleum retailers at 1,150 won per 1 liter average. From the above date to April 2, 201, the Defendant manufactured pseudo petroleum products in the above manner in the above plant and sold pseudo petroleum products at 1,150 won per 1 liter in total to retail stores, etc., and kept pseudo petroleum products at 2,50,000 won in total at 2,50,000 liter market price for pseudo petroleum products for sale.
B. From April 2, 2011 to April 27, 2011, the Defendant manufactured pseudo petroleum products with C and I, and intended to sell them to retail stores of pseudo petroleum products. On April 2, 2011, the Defendant leased a building (a 441mm2 in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, with a store tank leased 10,000 m2 in that place, 10,000 m2 in storage tanks, 40,000 m2 in storage tanks, and 40,000 m2 in storage tanks.
