The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: "No. 2-1" of No. 4, No. 16 of the judgment of the court of first instance shall be dismissed as "No. 1-2 of the evidence No. 1-2"; "No. 3," of No. 5, "No. 6-1 to No. 9," and "No. 6-1" are the same as the part of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, it shall be cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
