The punishment of the accused shall be determined by a year of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. In November 2014, the Defendant: (a) had one-person “E” take a approximately 0.03 gram of psychotropic drugs on the Defendant’s arms using a single-use cronator; and (b) had the said one-person “E” take three times more than 0.09g of the same quantity of Metepiles over three times at the same place on the same day; and (c) had the same person take three times more than 0.12g of the same quantity of Metepiles.

2. On January 11, 2015, around 19:30, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of Mepta 0.03 grams by having H inject the Defendant’s arms using a disposable injection device.

3. Around January 14, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of Metepia 0.03 grams using a disposable injection device at the 501 room located in Busanjin-gu, Busan, and using a disposable injection device.

4. Around January 15, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of Metepia 0.03gs by injecting the lura in the lurine K located in Busanjin-gu, Busan, and using a disposable injection machine to arms.

5. The Defendant, around January 2015, administered approximately 0.03 g of Metepia 0.03 grams by having O in a single-use injection device for the Defendant’s arms at a NAM room located in Busan Sho-gu M. around the new wall of the Defendant.

6. Around February 18, 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of Mepta 0.03 gram of Mepta, using a disposable injection device, in a blapsying room located in the city of Busan, Seo-gu M, and by allowingO to inject the Defendant’s arms.

7. On February 18, 2015, the Defendant used a single-time injection device at the trading telecom with Busan Ma-dong, Busan Ma-dong around the morning, and had an unqualified person do so.
