The sentence against the accused shall be determined by one year and six months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Metropha medication;

A. On March 2014, the Defendant, along with E, injected approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine, and melted them into water and administered them in a way of injecting them into the following arms.

B. In July 2014, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of mert 0.03 grams on a car owned by the Defendant, which was stopped in the vicinity of the “F” located in Gwangju Northern-gu C, in a coffee.

C. On July 2014, the Defendant, who was parked in the “F” adjacent to the “F” located in Gwangju Northern-gu, was administered by inserting approximately 0.03g of the Metepia in a single-use injection machine and melting them with water into the following arms.

On December 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.03gg of the Metetrapian in a single-use safeguard room located in Gwangju Northern-gu G, with E, into a single-use safeguard unit; and (b) injected with water in a single-use safeguard unit; and (c) injected with water for the following arms.

E. The Defendant, on December 2014, injected approximately 0.03g of Metepia in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by inserting approximately 0.03g of Metepia in a single-use injection machine, and melting them with water into the next arms.

F. On April 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of Metepia 0.03 grams in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by inserting them into a single-use injection machine and administering them in a way of injecting them into the next arms with water.

G. The Defendant, on May 1, 2015, injected approximately 0.03g of Metepia 0.03g in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, in a single-use injection machine, and melted with water in the following arms.

H. Around July 7, 2015, the Defendant, along with the “J” 101 in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, injected approximately 0.03 grams with E in a single-use injection machine, and melted with water in a single-use injection machine, and administered them for the following arms.
