Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Part of the facts charged shall be revised and supplemented without going through amendments to indictment to the extent that it seems that there is no concern about substantial disadvantage to the defendant's defense right.

피고인은 2014. 10. 15. 경부터 2015. 4. 30. 경까지 서울 강남구 테헤란로 52길 17, ES 타워 7 층에 있는 피해자 주식회사 비엡시의 보험 모집인으로 근무하는 자로, 보험계약이 체결되어 1회 보험료가 납부되면 피해 자로부터 1회 보험료의 800%에 해당하는 돈을 수수료로 받을 수 있다는 것을 기화로 보험 계약자들 명의만 빌려 보험계약을 체결하고 피고인이 1회 보험료를 대신 납부하고 피해 회사로부터 수수료를 받기로 마음먹었다.

Accordingly, the Defendant, from October 22, 2014 to December 26 of the same year, did not have concluded an insurance contract with C, D, E, F, and G as stated in the list of offenses, but did not have concluded an insurance contract with C, D, E, F, and G, and submitted the insurance contract to the victim as if it entered into the insurance contract with C, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, by deceiving the victim, received the total sum of KRW 18,076,970 from November 28, 2014 to February 27, 2015 from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by deceiving the victim seven times in the name of the insurance contract fees.
