Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person engaged in the conclusion or solicitation of insurance contracts shall provide any special benefits, such as the payment of premiums, to any insurance contractor or the insured in connection with the conclusion or solicitation thereof.

Nevertheless, from November 27, 2013 to October 30, 2014, the Defendant served as an insurance designer belonging to Hyundai LF B’s branch. From November 28, 2013 to November 2014, the Defendant entered into a contract for Hyundai LF ZO life insurance sold by Hyundai LF, Inc. in Seoul around November 28, 2013, and paid for KRW 75,000 of the C’s insurance premium. From that time to August 29, 2014, the Defendant paid for KRW 52,620,660 in total, 31 insurance policyholders, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
