A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 26, 2013, the Defendant purchased philophones, and administered them on October 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 50,000 won from the DNA guest room located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Bupyeong-gu, to E, using philophones; (b) dilution E with 0.05g of philophones which were contained in a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected them to the Defendant’s arms.
The Defendant purchased philophones as such, and administered them.
2. On April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased phiphones; (b) administered, around 23:00 on April 7, 2014, to E from 207 Gelto F in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, at a later intervals of KRW 200,000,000 for phiphones; (c) 2 single-use injection devices containing each 0.05g from E; and (d) immediately after dilution a single-use injection device to E with diversing it into the Defendant’s arms.
On April 8, 2014, the Defendant remitted 2.30,000 won (including 30,000 won) to the national bank account in the H name used by E.
The Defendant purchased philophones as such, and administered them.
3. On April 7, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:30 on April 7, 2014, purchased and sold 00,000 won from J in front of an I restaurant located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Incheon, and sold 0.05g opon to J.

4. On July 2013, 2013, the Defendant received philophones from the Defendant, on July 1, 2013, after having received approximately 0.26 grams of philophones, which were 0.26g from Ma, located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.
5. On October 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased philophones, around October 10, 2013, 2013, 0.8g philophones, which were contained in M on the roads adjacent to the area of sub-dong, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and purchased 400,000 won for M.
