Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On August 27, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with prison labor at the Ulsan District Court on August 27, 202, and the above judgment was finalized on September 4, 2020.
[2019 High Court Decision 705]
1. On April 10, 2019, at around 20:19, the Defendant: (a) avoided disturbance at the “D” mobile phone store operated by the victim C in Kimhae-si Kim Jong-si; (b) took a large voice to the victim without any particular reason; and (c) stolen the victim’s wife E, who was in the police room of the rest of management being neglected by making the 112 report to the police, up to 1,400 won of the market price, which is the victim’s possession, in the cooling house of the store.
2. Around 20:20 on April 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stolen two actual drinking water as indicated in paragraph (1) of this Article; (b) went into the “G” car page located in Kimhae-siF; (c) reported the victims C who drive away from the Defendant, and reported the victims of the said car page and several customers in the said car page, with the large voice of “I am going back. At around 00:20 on July 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim K (33 years of age) who used the service instead of paying the fee within the history of the “JJ Station of Kimhae-si, Busan Kim Jong-do”; (b) placed the victim K (33 years of age) at the entrance of the JJ Station from the entrance of the JJ Station to the JJ Station; and (c) took the part of the victim’s shoulder with both hands, and (d) took part in drinking.
