Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants and the persons under whose name the Defendants, while working in Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, posted a heavy and high-priced article (hereinafter referred to as the “fluorial article”) of prices at the Internet's main trading site while working in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Incheon, and intended to give up the contract by notifying the actual prices to the customers who have discovered the vehicle by purchasing the vehicle, and to give up the contract. The Defendants and the persons under whose name the Defendants attempted to receive the difference after deducting the actual vehicle prices from the false vehicle prices by proposing other vehicles as if the actual prices are the prices.

On March 23, 2019, at or around 12:15, the Defendants reported a notice to the effect that, in front of the luminous 21st, an accomplice, he/she posted on the Internet intermediate trading site, the victim F, who was found to have moved the victim F to H trading market located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and explained the vehicle to the victim, and the Defendant A may purchase the vehicle to the victim at KRW 12.5 million, including all incidental expenses, such as vehicle moving expenses. Afterwards, the Defendants moved the name of the above Bosch Rexroth to the jurisdiction office in Suwon-si, which is located in 12, to the jurisdiction office in Suwon-si, and Defendant A may bring the victim the vehicle to the victim “I will be awarded a successful bid in 80,90,000 won, and the remainder of the additional payment may be paid.” Defendant B may recommend the victim “I will bring the vehicle to the other vehicle.” At the time of purchase of this vehicle, four million won can be normally returned and processed at the time of the purchase of this vehicle, “I will make the victim waive the purchase of the above Bosch Rexroth vehicle.”
