A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon support, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 11, 2017 at Daegu Prison on December 11, 2017.

On December 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 23:36 on December 28, 2017, at the “E main store” operated by the victim D in the Gumi-si, Gumi-si; and (b) ordered alcohol and alcohol as if he would pay the amount.

However, the Defendant did not have a means to pay the price, such as cash, credit card, etc. at the time, and was not in possession of a means to pay the price.

The Defendant had been provided with alcohol and food equivalent to KRW 12,00,000, a total of KRW 12,000,000, including a 1 bottled week with a market price of KRW 4,000 and a 8,000,000, and had not paid the amount from that time by the Defendant, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form by the same method until February 23, 2018, by deceiving the victims on a total of six occasions as shown in the list of crimes, and did not pay the amount.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victims, received property or acquired property benefits.

1. On March 20, 2018, the defrauded Defendant issued an order for alcohol and alcohol as if he would pay the price at the “H main store” operated by the victim G located in the Gumi-si F on March 20, 2018, around 02:00 on March 20, 2018.

However, the Defendant did not have a means to pay the price, such as cash, credit card, etc. at the time, and was not in possession of a means to pay the price.

The defendant acquired information from the injured party by acquiring 50,000 won in total from the market price of 50,000 won from the injured party.

2. On March 20, 2018, the defrauded Defendant, around 04:57, paid the price at the “K cafeteria” operated by the Victim J in Gumi-si on March 20, 2018.
