Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, the Defendants did not pay the fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

(a) No person who violates the Medical Service Act may establish a massage place or massage place without obtaining the recognition of qualifications for massage from the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, without obtaining such recognition of qualification as above, the Defendant opened a place of massage treatment, which is a physical procedure conducted by a human body under various veterinary methods, such as recovering the skin by taking advantage of his/her hand, and distributing blood, by taking advantage of his/her hand, with the amount of KRW 70,00 won from the customers visiting the place, from Sep. 20, 2017 to Oct. 8, 2017, the Defendant opened a place of massage treatment.

B. On October 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Arrangement, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) received KRW 70,00 won from A, a customer, at around 14:30,00, from the D users indicated in the preceding port of port prior to the point of view, and sent the telegraph, such as the above A’s item, shoulder, etc., by hand, at the sealed room installed in that place, and carried out commercial sex acts by cutting off A’s bar and clothes, and using a similar method as a scam and scambling, as the scambling act was done.

2. Defendant A

A. On October 8, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment Act, such as the Mediation, etc. of Commercial Sex Acts (sexual traffic) paid KRW 70,00 to the business owner B at around 14:30 on October 14:30, 2017, and had B take the telegraph, such as his/her own title, shoulder, etc., and cut off his/her clothes and clothes, and engaged in sexual traffic by using a similar act in such a way that he/she gets off his/her sexual organ with his/her hand, and her sexual intercourse, as if he/she was scambling.

B. The Defendant, at around 15:00 on October 8, 2017, issued a request for the defect of sexual intercourse to B because his sexual desire is not resolved even though he did not pay the similarity comparison as stated in paragraph (1) at the D User as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article.
