A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. From around 22:00 on December 28, 2014 to around 05:00 the following day to the victim C, the Defendant: (a) invadedd the victim C through a window installed with things, etc. without any windows during the period from around 05:00 to around 05:0 on the day; (b) invadedd the victim C with “E”, which was operated by the victim C, with at least 10,000 won of tobacco in the place; and (c) stolen it from that time, from that time to February 25, 2015, the Defendant stolen the victim’s at least 73,000 won in total on six occasions, such as the list of crimes committed in attached Form 1.

2. Night-time theft against victim F;
A. At around 02:30 on February 26, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a restaurant through the windows 'H’ operated by the Victim F in substantial Gu, Cheongju-si, and then cut off cables connected to a depository worth of KRW 100,000,000, the victim’s market value, which includes a cash of KRW 200,000,000, in which the victim owned, without a glass window; and (b) stolen them.
B. On March 1, 2015, at around 02:00, the Defendant stolen KRW 5,000 in cash owned by the victim who intruded into the above restaurant in the same manner as that of subparagraph 2(a).
C. On March 4, 2015, around 01:10 on March 4, 2015, the Defendant stolen KRW 1,900 in cash owned by the victim who intruded into the above restaurant in the same manner as Paragraph 2(a).

3. On May 7, 2015, the thief Defendant against the victim I in relation to the damaged goods at around 06:24, 2015, the phrase “ around 07:30 on August 27, 2015” in the indictment is a clerical error and thus, it is recognized as above.
