1. From October 6, 2015, the Defendant stolen 22 mobile phones of total market value of 17,063,60 won and 51 mobile phones from around that time to October 9, 2015, including the theft of 17,063,60 won and 51 mobile phones in a display room using a gap in which the victim D operated by the victim D in Daegu-gu, Daegu used the gap in surveillance of the victim.

2. On October 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened 6 flopon 2 flopphones by E agency operated by D in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu using the Defendant’s father F and mother G’s name; and (b) drafted an application for mobile phone membership with the Defendant’s father F and mother G; and (c) sent it to the victim KT Co., Ltd.

The above application form is that the victim would pay 7,659 won monthly in total of the above mobile phone installments and monthly fixed fee for 24 months when he/she received the 6 flus mobile phone, or that the defendant intended to immediately sell and use the flusular phone for gambling expenses, etc. after he/she opened the flus mobile phone and received the flus mobile phone, so even if he/she received the flus mobile phone according to the mobile phone subscription contract, he/she did

As above, the Defendant, including by deceiving the victim company case, received two mobile phones of KRW 1,931,60 in total amount of KRW 1,600 from around that time to October 8, 2015, received six mobile phones of KRW 5,794,80 in total market value from the victim company for three times, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2).

[2015Kadan5501] On May 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim J within the “I” Kaf, Daegu-gu H located in H, Daegu-gu, stating that “If the Defendant lends KRW 30 million to the business fund, he will make profits every week through the business and put it into the passbook.”
