1. The defendant shall pay 35,640,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 12, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. Determination as to the claim for construction price at D site

A. Determination 1 as to the cause of the claim 1) The Plaintiff is a person conducting the business of painting the trade name “E”, and the Defendant is a company conducting the business of building steel structures.

B) The Plaintiff completed the construction by entering into a subcontract with the Defendant as set forth in [Attachment 1] [Attachment 1] The Plaintiff paid the Plaintiff KRW 47,110,00 for the additional work No. 1 No. 740,000 of the construction work No. 740,000 of the construction work No. 740,000 of the additional work No. 740,140,000 of the construction work No. 270,000 of the Daejeon Steel Corporation No. 2,70,0002,970,0002,970,0000,000 for the construction work No. 2,970,110,000 as set forth in [Attachment 1] related to the construction contract, the Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 41,470,000 as listed below:

However, the Defendant was subcontracted by the F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) with the Plaintiff on September 20, 2017, in addition to the respective construction contracts indicated in [Attachment 1].
