If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell tobacco which is a drug harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 22:30 on December 22, 2012, the Defendant sold to 5,000 won tobacco “Sin Pison”, which is a juvenile harmful product, without confirming the age of D(17 years of age) at Csuski located in Gyeongbuk-gun B.
