If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell tobacco which is a drug harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

At around 04:10 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant, while working as an employee at the convenience store located in Busan East-gu, Busan, as an employee, violated the above-mentioned convenience store, without demanding a presentation of identification card to verify the age of juvenile D (E).
