However, in fact, even if the defendant receives money from the victim for advance payment due to the economic problem at the time, he had the purpose of using it as the personal name of the defendant, and there was no intention to promise the six European travels for the victim.

On September 14, 2010, the Defendant received 5,428,000 won from the Defendant’s National Bank Account (Account Number E) under the pretext of advance payment.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. On October 4, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim H that “The Defendant would purchase two copies of the I’s Seo-to-west air tickets that can be used up to March 201 from the C Office to the half value.”

However, the defendant transfers money from the victim as the price for airline tickets due to economic problems at the time.
